Clinical engineering · Equipment records

Every device, its whole history.

MedTrack is the shared record for your biomed shop: the equipment registry, the PM schedule, repair tickets and the fixes your team has already worked out.

Try the sample tag: log a PM, report a fault, close the repair.

Malfunctions and repairs

A fault on the ward becomes a ticket in the shop.

  • Symptoms and error code, reported from the floor
  • Assigned to a technician, tagged Do not use
  • Investigation notes, parts and photos on the ticket
  • The fix written back to the device history

PM schedule

Set the interval once.

Monthly, quarterly, six months or a year. Logging a PM books the next one, assigns it to a technician and flags it on the calendar the day it goes overdue.

Troubleshooting knowledge base

The fix someone found at 3am, findable by error code.

O2 sensor fault on ICU ventilators

Usually a depleted galvanic O2 cell. Confirm before ordering parts.

  • Run a two-point calibration at 21% and 100%
  • If the high point fails, replace the O2 cell
  • Recalibrate, then run the full self-test
  • Log the cell lot number on the ticket
